1.1 Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which GrowthGrid (“We” or “Us”) will provide refunds for our digital marketing services.
1.2 Refundable Services
We generally do not offer refunds for completed or ongoing services due to the custom nature of our work. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may consider offering full or partial refunds under the following conditions:
- Project Cancellation by Client:
- If a client cancels a project before services commence, a full refund will be issued.
- If a client cancels a project after the services have commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of completion. The percentage of completion will be determined by mutually agreed-upon milestones.
- The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays.
- Missed Milestones:
- If GrowthGrid fails to meet a critical project milestone without a valid reason, the client may be eligible for a partial refund based on the severity of the delay.
1.3 Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be granted for the following:
- Delays caused by the client, such as late approvals or providing incomplete or incorrect information.
- Minor revisions requested by the client after project completion.
- Project scope changes initiated by the client after services have begun.
- Prepaid or subscription-based services (e.g., social media ads, SEO services, or campaign management).
1.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact GrowthGrid in writing within 7 days of the alleged service issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the client’s original payment method within 5 to 6 working days.
